We go through every room in the house, listen to your issues, and identify areas for improvement. Then we recommend space planning and interior design solutions that will work for you and your family. You'll receive a document of images, resources, and rough blueprints outlining ideas for your home.

Flat fee: $4000

Maybe your entry is impassable. You are in dire need of a home office. Or you had no idea kids came with so much gear. If you have a specific space or a specific issue to address, we can help. After an evaluation, we'll give you a comprehensive document that has images, resources and rough blueprints to guide you.

Building and remodeling your home is incredibly exciting, but also can be stressful and expensive. After a few weeks in their new home, many discover issues they didn't catch in the planning and building stages. Builders, although experts in construction, are not experts in optimizing functional spaces in your home. Doors that bump drawers, rooms that make furniture layout practically impossible. Let us evaluate your house plans before you build. We can identify areas where we see potential problems, and make suggestions for improvements. We'll consider storage, flow and livability. We have experience working with builders to ensure your needs are met.

flat fee: $1250 (one change order with your contractor will cost considerably more than that!)

After people get their initial recommendations, they often ask us to stick around. Sometimes to help interpret their contractor. Or to make sure their outlets are in good spots. Maybe even to help choose paint colors and furnishings. We love continuing with the projects we start and steering them to successful completion.
